Shipping policy

Orders ship from our facility in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Delivery time depends on your location.

Free U.S. Shipping

Retail orders over $50 ship free within the United States.

Wholesale orders over $2,500 ship free within the United States.

Carriers

We ship using UPS and the U.S. Postal Service.

Carrier availability may vary depending on the destination and delivery address.

If a shipping address requires postal delivery, such as a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service should be used rather than UPS.

International Shipping

International shipping is available.

Before an international order ships, we will provide the customer with a shipping quote. The order will ship only after the customer confirms the quoted shipping cost.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and other import-related charges.

These charges are not collected by us at checkout and are not refundable.

Back-Ordered Items

We will never ship a back-ordered item without the customer's permission.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Utah.
