Questions, answered

What comes with each costume?

Every product page lists exactly what's included with that costume. Accessories shown in photos are not included unless they're listed.

How do sizes work?

Kids' and baby sizes show age ranges on every product page, from 6–12 months for babies up to 11–12 years for kids. Adult sizes are listed on each costume, up to adult XL, with XL/XXL in select women's styles.

How does the Match the Crew discount work?

Buy 2 costumes and save 10%, buy 3 and save 15%, or buy 4 or more and save 20%. Mix any styles and sizes. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and ends October 31.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day. We ship with UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. See our Shipping Policy.

Can I return a costume?

Eligible returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery and no later than October 30. Orders placed on or after October 17 are final sale, and after Halloween all sales are final. Costumes must be unworn and unwashed, with all original pieces and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Will sold-out sizes come back?

These are the remaining LOLA STARS styles for Halloween 2026. When a style or size sells out, it won't be restocked this season.
